At Graedance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Graedance jewelry box and shipping carton, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
